Migration to New Business System

Dear Customer, 

With the view to improve service delivery, Cloud One has implemented a new business management solution (BMS).

The new BMS will bring improvements to the way current business is done.  This improvement will be related to:

• Helpdesk Ticketing system 
• Billing system
• Ordering system
• CRM system
• And other benefits

This will give us an opportunity to serve your business  more efficiently.

The BMS will be effective on 1st of October 2021 and is accessible from our revamped website cloudone.co. If you would like to trial the new BMS system , it is currently available at erp.cloudone.co

Existing customers will be sent new login password for your existing email address as its it is not possible to migrate encrypted passwords to the new BMS or you can simply reset your password for your email address on the new BMS system 

All new helpdesk tickets & transactions must be done on the new BMS system only

The old portal will be accessible to Cloud One customers at portal.cloudone.co for information purposes only.
