Customers that have ordered a Hosted 3CX Phone System are required to complete the survey
Managed Services Contract
Customers with Managed Services are required to complete the contract together with the Service Application Form in duplicate
On-Premise 3CX Phone System Survey
Customers that have ordered a On-Premise 3CX Phone System are required to complete the survey
Proof of Concept Application Form
Customers that require a Proof of Concept for Cloud One Services are required to complete the Proof of Concept Application Form in duplicate
Service Application Form
Customers with Cloud One National 020790XXXX or Toll Free Number 0800000XXX are required to complete the Service Application Form in duplicate.
This is required in order to comply with **"The Kenya Communications Act 2010 Number Registration Regulation"** which states that a person or entity who intends to register a number shall provide the following particulars to the telecommunications operator or its agent.
