Cloud One has implemented a Support Ticketing System in order to provide more efficient, traceable & reliable support services
Customers are requested to open a support ticket in the following 3 ways:
1. Online Support Ticket
Open a support ticket using our ticketing system
2. Telephone Support
Call 0207900100 during Cloudone Standard Working Hours. We aim to answer 95% of calls within 1 minute. Customers with out-of-hours cover should call the same number and follow the instructions. For all new requests customers should await a confirmation of their Ticket Reference.
3. Email Support
Customers may E-mail a detailed description of their issue, including any applicable product or account identifiers, to Cloud One Support email address support[at]cloudone.co
Cloud One aims to process Emails received during standard working hours within 30 minutes of receipt (excluding public holidays). For all new requests customers should await a reply or confirmation of their Ticket Reference.
