Fraudulent calls

Agreement in between Cloud One and its customers regulates misuse of fraudulent calls. It is forbidden to use customer's device (a phone, or PBX or hosted PBX) for fraudulent activities. These include, but are not limited to: "simboxing", "vishing", "Caller ID spoofing" ...

How does it work?
Fraudster has a sim gateway at his premise. He receives calls from international dialing party to his gateway, changes the incoming caller ID into a local Caller ID and passes the call to operator. On this way the international calls pose as local and fraudster has a benefit of charging international callers with lower (then international) rate, while he is paying local call charges only, hence making a profit on difference.
