Follow the following instruction to Top-up your Account.
- Click here to begin the process
- Select the type of Trunk you wish to Top-up i.e DID number top-up or Toll-Free number top-up. Click Here for DID number top-up
- Configure your desired options and add an additional Required Information i.e your CloudOne DID Number allocated to you (020790XXX).
- Click the continue button.
- Select the desired quantity and click the Update button.
- Click the checkout button and Login using your credentials.
- After you get an invoice from Cloudone, you can pay the invoice by MPesa as below.
INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO PAY
- Go to your Sim Toolkit
- Select Safaricom then MPesa
- Select Lipa na MPesa
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter Business No as: 499496
- Enter Account No as: {Invoice Number}
- Enter Amount as: {As per the Invoice Amount}
- Enter PIN and Wait for Mpesa Message
