Description: There is nothing displayed on the phone screen when booting up, the Power LCD light is on.
Cause: LCD module or mainboard is faulty.
Resolution
- Plug into the power supply, check the status of the power LED on the upper right corner.
- After 5-6 minutes (phone fully boot up), press + or - volume button.
- If the power LED lights and phone ring when you press the volume button, we can confirm that the LCD module is faulty.
- If the phone won’t ring it is probable that the phone's mainboard is broken.
